Player safety

Community Guidelines

Accra Life is an 18+ social world. Adults can joke, roleplay and express themselves, but every player must respect consent, privacy and safety.

Respect people and boundaries

No targeted harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, sexual harassment or humiliation. Leaving a room, blocking someone or saying no must end the interaction.

Never exploit or endanger anyone

No sexual content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor, grooming, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, credible violence, encouragement of self-harm, or sharing private intimate material. Report immediate danger to local emergency services as well as to us.

Protect privacy

Do not publish another person's real name, address, phone number, passwords, financial details, private messages, voice recordings or other identifying information without permission. Never pressure players to move conversations or payments off-platform.

Keep the game fair

No scams, phishing, impersonation, cheating, bots, bug exploitation, fraudulent top-ups, account sales, off-platform Game cedi sales or manipulation of another player. If you find an exploit, report it instead of using or sharing it.

Post lawful content

Do not post illegal content, spam, malicious links or material you do not have the right to share. Profile names, chat, DJ choices and home designs must follow these rules.

Use the safety tools

Mute voice, block unwanted contact and report serious behaviour from the relevant player or message menu. Reports should be honest and specific; deliberately false or abusive reporting is itself a violation.

How we respond

Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, warn players, limit chat or voice, reverse fraud, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence or contact relevant authorities. Severe conduct can lead to immediate removal. Appeals can be sent to support@accralifeapp.com.
